STAY
“Stay” is something he did never say.
“Stay” is something he will never say.
Because he doesn’t want me to stay, not really.
If he would want me to stay, he would say “Stay”.
He would not only say “Stay”, he would make me stay.
He would do things, who would make me stay.
He would move mountains to be with me, not throwing stones in our way.
If he would love me, I would stay……
Never would I walk away, never would I choose to not stay.
I want him to stay, I want him to want me to stay.
But when he can’t even say such a little word as “Stay”, would he even care If I’d walk away?

How true. Lovely poem. We each need to fight for what we want.
